Strata Exchange is offered as a Private Beta product. All contracts, settlements, balances, and transactions are simulated for testing and demonstration purposes. No actual money changes hands. Settlement accuracy is not guaranteed.
2. No Real Financial Instruments
The instruments listed on Strata Exchange (EDS, Options, Futures) are simulated representations. They are not regulated financial instruments. Participation does not constitute trading in securities, derivatives, or any regulated financial product.
3. Right to Modify
Strata Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform at any time without notice. Contract terms, pricing models, settlement logic, and platform rules may change without warning during the beta period.
4. Eligibility
Access to Strata Exchange requires an invitation. By participating, you confirm you are using the platform for testing purposes only and understand no financial value is created or transferred.
5. No Warranties
The platform is provided "as is." No warranties are made regarding uptime, accuracy of pricing models, oracle reliability, or settlement correctness. Use the platform for experimentation only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse the platform. Automated trading bots, scraping, or stress testing requires prior written permission.
